1. How do I register for a GoOutMall account?

   Creating a Go Out Mall account is completely free. You can register using your [Social Media Account Login] or by [Registering with your Free E-mail].

2. Why haven't I received email notifications or confirmation emails?

   Please check your spam folder first. Sometimes your email provider may mistakenly classify messages from Go Out Mall as spam. To prevent this from happening, we recommend removing our emails from your spam folder and adding [email protected] to your contacts.

3. [Account Settings] How do I reset my password?

   • Forgot Password

     If you are unable to log in to Go Out Mall because you have forgotten your password, please click on 'Forgot Password' on the login page. Enter the email address you used to register your Go Out Mall account, and you will receive an email with a password reset link to change your password.

   • Change Password

     You can change your password after logging in by going to [Account Settings].

4. How do I delete my account?

   Please provide us with the account you wish to close via email to our customer service at ([email protected]), and we will close your account for you.

5. How do I search for experience activities?

   After entering Go Out Mall, you can directly select the country or region you wish to travel to, and we will list all itineraries for your reference. You can also use our search bar for keyword searches to find the itinerary that best suits you.

6. Why can't I make a payment?

   There can be several reasons why a payment may not be successful. We recommend taking a screenshot of the error message displayed on the payment failure page and sending it to [email protected] so that our customer service staff can confirm the situation for you. If the issue is with credit card payment, please ensure your credit card service is functioning correctly. You can first contact your card issuer to confirm the status of your card.

7. What payment methods can I use?

   Go Out Mall currently offers the following payment methods:

   Visa, Master Credit Cards

   Please note that your card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees for overseas transactions. For details on these fees, please contact your card issuer directly.
