By starting to use the services of "Go Out Mall", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to accept these Terms of Use, you may not use the services of "Go Out Mall".

1. Your Relationship with "Go Out Mall"

   1.1 These Terms of Use are intended to govern how you use the "Go Out Mall" website (www.gooutmall.com), our mobile app, and any other online or offline services provided by us, as well as your travel consumption behavior through "Go Out Mall".

   1.2 In order to provide you with travel experiences and effective real-time services worldwide, "Go Out Mall" will establish relevant operating entities in various locations globally to provide you with related services. When these Terms of Use refer to "we" or "Go Out Mall", it may encompass "Go Out Mall" and its affiliated companies that provide services. However, to ensure adequate operational support for dispute management, refunds, order cancellations, and customer service, the following "Go Out Mall" operating entities shall be parties to these Terms of Use and will serve as your primary point of contact, responsible for coordinating and handling any disputes or disagreements arising from your use of "Go Out Mall" services:

   - Transactions originating in Macau: Fly High Creative Limited;
   - Transactions originating in Mainland China: King Kong Advertising Planning Limited;
   - Transactions originating in other regions or countries: Fly High Creative Limited;

   1.3 These Terms of Use constitute a valid agreement between you and "Go Out Mall". When using the services of "Go Out Mall", you shall be bound by any additional terms related to the services that are updated from time to time, and by "Go Out Mall"'s Privacy Policy. All such terms are incorporated herein by reference.

   1.4 "Go Out Mall" may modify or update these Terms of Use at any time as required by relevant laws or if we deem it necessary, without prior notice to you. Any changes to these Terms of Use will be posted on our website (www.gooutmall.com) and other platforms established by "Go Out Mall" (including but not limited to the mobile app) (collectively referred to as the "Go Out Mall Platform" along with our website), along with the date of the last update. Your continued use of "Go Out Mall" services after any updates to these Terms of Use signifies your agreement to the updated Terms of Use. Please refer to the latest version of these Terms of Use whenever you use the services of "Go Out Mall".

   
   

2. Services of "Go Out Mall"

   2.1 The services of "Go Out Mall" are provided to enable you to easily select and purchase travel itineraries, transfer services, tickets, and other travel experience services offered by "Go Out Mall" or its partner third-party suppliers ("Suppliers") through the "Go Out Mall" Platform. You understand and agree that the specific services you purchase are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you also agree that we reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate any service from time to time, and to impose terms, restrictions, or modifications on individual services, or to restrict your use of all or part of the services, without prior notice to you.

   2.2 You may be required to pay fees to Suppliers for using the services of "Go Out Mall", and you will also be required to comply with the Suppliers' terms of service. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for these fees and agree to pay them, as well as to comply with their terms of service.

   2.3 We will make every effort to maintain the operation of "Go Out Mall" services and the "Go Out Mall" Platform. However, we do not guarantee that "Go Out Mall" services and the "Go Out Mall" Platform will operate normally at all times or be free from external influences. You agree that we reserve the right to refuse your access to the "Go Out Mall" Platform or use of "Go Out Mall" services, and you also agree that we reserve the right to change, suspend, interrupt, or terminate "Go Out Mall" services or the website or the "Go Out Mall" Platform.
   
   

3. Platform Content

   3.1 "Platform Content" as referred to in these Terms of Use means all materials presented by us or used on the "Go Out Mall" Platform, including but not limited to text, photos, images, graphics, illustrations, videos, sounds, data, code, and other materials. You understand and agree that all Platform Content is the exclusive property of "Go Out Mall" or its licensors and is protected by relevant intellectual property laws. "Go Out Mall" reserves the right to change, modify, or remove any Platform Content at any time without prior notice to you.

   3.2 Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use or access the "Go Out Mall" Platform, which we may revoke at any time without prior notice to you. You agree to comply with intellectual property laws and other applicable legal regulations, and may only use or access Platform Content for personal, non-commercial, entertainment purposes. In no event shall you use, reproduce, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, transfer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform Content in a manner that infringes upon the rights of "Go Out Mall" or its licensors. You shall not copy, store, or download any Platform Content in bulk in any form. Furthermore, you agree that you assume all risks associated with your use or access of any Platform Content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible to you for any Platform Content, including but not limited to errors or omissions in the Platform Content. You shall be solely responsible for any damages or losses incurred by anyone due to your use or access of Platform Content.

   3.3 You understand and agree that in the course of your use or access of Platform Content, we may not be aware of or be able to predict or control the behavior of other third-party users you may interact with. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of any content, data, or information provided by other third-party users on the "Go Out Mall" Platform.
   
   

4. Member Registration and Social Platform Account Login

   4.1 To enhance your experience with "Go Out Mall" services, you are required to register a member account on the "Go Out Mall" Platform or log in using a social platform account (e.g., Facebook or Google) to use "Go Out Mall" services and become our member (a "Go Out Mall Member Account"). When registering a "Go Out Mall" Member Account, we may require you to provide an email address and set a password, or after registration is complete, we may require you to fill in member information. You must ensure that any registration information you submit to the "Go Out Mall" website or other platforms is true, accurate, and complete, and you will update it from time to time to maintain the accuracy of such information. If you provide false or inaccurate information, we reserve the right to remove your "Go Out Mall" Member Account at any time without prior notice to you. You may not use another person's "Go Out Mall" Member Account or social platform account to use "Go Out Mall" services.

   4.2 Your "Go Out Mall" Member Account is for your personal use only. Please do not share any account information with others or allow others to use it. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your "Go Out Mall" Member Account. If you become aware of any security concerns with your "Go Out Mall" Member Account, please notify us immediately. You are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your password. If you discover that your "Go Out Mall" Member Account has been compromised or someone is attempting to use your "Go Out Mall" Member Account, please notify us immediately. You shall be solely liable for any damages incurred by us or others due to the unauthorized use of your account.

   4.3 You agree that we reserve the right to refuse your registration as a "Go Out Mall" member. You also agree that we may, at our sole discretion, remove your "Go Out Mall" Member Account at any time without prior notice to you.
   
   

5. Information You Provide

   5.1 You agree and authorize us to use your personal information in accordance with "Go Out Mall"'s Privacy Policy. By providing information, you understand and agree that the information you provide will be stored in one or more databases of "Go Out Mall" and may be transferred to overseas databases. Concurrently, you hereby agree that you will be solely responsible for your account activities. If you become aware of any unauthorized use or theft of your account information, you should notify us immediately. We shall not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

   5.2 To collect your feedback and improve "Go Out Mall" services, you agree to receive invitations via SMS, email, or the "Go Out Mall" Platform for traveler reviews. You may choose whether or not to complete traveler reviews. Upon receiving your traveler reviews, we reserve the right (but not the obligation) to upload your traveler reviews to relevant pages of the "Go Out Mall" Platform, sharing and publicizing your service satisfaction and feedback. You should ensure that your traveler reviews are accurate and do not contain any inappropriate, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or otherwise offensive language. They should also not contain personal information of yourself or any third party, content that is not a traveler review, or content that violates any legal regulations.

   5.3 You understand and agree that any traveler reviews you provide while using "Go Out Mall" services, including but not limited to text, photos, images, and videos, regardless of whether such traveler reviews meet the requirements of copyright law, may be utilized by "Go Out Mall", Suppliers, or users of the "Go Out Mall" Platform. Therefore, by providing traveler reviews to "Go Out Mall", you irrevocably agree to: (a) grant "Go Out Mall" or Suppliers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to reproduce, reformat, excerpt, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise use such content, including but not limited to use in any media format and through any media channels for promotional purposes; and (b) grant users of the "Go Out Mall" Platform a non-exclusive license to access, use, reproduce, create derivative works from, or otherwise reasonably use such content for non-commercial purposes through the "Go Out Mall" Platform. However, your license, unless otherwise agreed in writing, will not affect your ownership of the information you provide.

   5.4 You warrant that all information you provide (including but not limited to text, photos, images, and videos) does not violate any legal regulations, does not infringe upon any third-party rights, and that "Go Out Mall"'s use of such information will not infringe upon any third-party rights. You understand that you are solely responsible for all information you provide, and "Go Out Mall" assumes no liability for any errors or omissions therein.

   5.5 You expressly agree that we may, at our sole discretion, remove any information you provide from the "Go Out Mall" Platform at any time.
   
   

6. Your Commitments

   6.1 You shall use the services of "Go Out Mall" or the "Go Out Mall" Platform solely and exclusively in accordance with these Terms of Use. You shall be solely responsible for all your actions when using the services of "Go Out Mall" or the "Go Out Mall" Platform.

   6.2 You agree to the following:

   Without our prior written authorization, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or broadcast any part of "Go Out Mall" services, including but not limited to any of the following actions without our prior express consent: (i) modifying, damaging, or circumventing any licensed software used by "Go Out Mall" services; and (ii) using any trademarks, service marks, design marks, photos, or other content belonging to us or obtained from "Go Out Mall" services. You may not circumvent, damage, or interfere with any security measures used to control the order of use of "Go Out Mall" services, obtain or extract service content from "Go Out Mall" services, or use "Go Out Mall" services in a manner inconsistent with personal use. Unless permitted by these Terms of Use or other rules, you may not engage in, cause, permit, or authorize reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of any aspect of "Go Out Mall" services (including any services accessible through "Go Out Mall" services), or attempt any of the foregoing, or attempt to use any part of "Go Out Mall" services other than as designed. Unless we provide an embedding method for "Go Out Mall" services or service content, you may not use, display, imitate, design, or frame "Go Out Mall" services (including any part accessible through "Go Out Mall" services) through other applications or websites. You may not access, damage, or use any non-public areas of "Go Out Mall" services, "Go Out Mall" (and its hosting company)'s computer systems and equipment, or our network service providers' technical reception systems. You may not access, damage, or use any non-public areas of "Go Out Mall" services, "Go Out Mall" (and its hosting company)'s computer systems and equipment, or our network service providers' technical reception systems. You shall not harass, insult, or harm other individuals or groups (including our employees or other users) or support such harassment, insult, or harm. You shall not provide false or inaccurate personal information, create a false personal identity, or impersonate any other individual or organization in any manner. You shall not collect or attempt to collect personal data of other users. You shall not restrict or prohibit any person from using "Go Out Mall" services, disclose third-party personal data on or obtained from "Go Out Mall" services without the consent of the third party, or collect data about users. Unless expressly permitted by these Terms of Use, you shall not use "Go Out Mall" services to contact or engage in any commercial advertising or data collection. You will not engage in any fraudulent activities, violate the information security of the "Go Out Mall" Platform, crack other users' passwords, transfer or illegally store data, or engage in other illegal activities.
   
   

7. Order Confirmation and Refund Policy

   7.1 Through the "Go Out Mall" Platform, you can select and purchase travel itineraries, transfer services, tickets, and other travel experience-related services offered by "Go Out Mall" or Suppliers in a specific currency. Except for certain orders that are confirmed immediately upon placement, other orders require confirmation from "Go Out Mall" or the Supplier to be established. You agree to receive notifications of successful bookings via SMS, email, or mobile app, and you understand and agree that the response times for booking results stated on the "Go Out Mall" Platform are for reference only. You also agree that the time we confirm your booking success may be adjusted based on actual circumstances.

   7.2 "Go Out Mall" reserves the right to change or adjust the prices and fees of travel itineraries, transfer services, tickets, and other travel experience-related services offered by "Go Out Mall" or Suppliers at any time. Changes may be announced via SMS, email, website, or mobile app. If you continue to use "Go Out Mall" services after such changes are notified, it signifies your agreement and acceptance of the revised prices and fees.

   7.3 You agree that "Go Out Mall" may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any booking or order that may violate these Terms of Use.

   7.4 You agree to pay for your orders using the payment methods accepted by us. You understand and agree that we are not obligated to process or execute your order until you have completed payment according to our payment instructions. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms of Use, all amounts paid for your orders are non-refundable.

   7.5 If the services you select are provided by a Supplier and not by "Go Out Mall", the Supplier will independently accept or reject your booking or order and will be responsible for providing all related services. If you have any questions about the Supplier's services, you may inquire with the Supplier directly for the most accurate information. However, you may also contact "Go Out Mall", and we will attempt to contact the Supplier to seek a resolution.

   7.6 You understand and agree that individual services provided by any Supplier may incur additional taxes or fees depending on the actual circumstances, and you may be obligated to pay such amounts directly to the Supplier or the tax authorities. Although we have requested Suppliers to provide the latest and most accurate terms of use, restrictions, prices, and other information for the services they offer, "Go Out Mall" cannot guarantee that all content displayed on the "Go Out Mall" Platform is accurate at all times. If your order is canceled by a Supplier, "Go Out Mall" will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

   7.7 If you cancel your booking by contacting us or the Supplier within the cancellation period specified on the "Go Out Mall" Platform at the time of booking, and after you have successfully canceled and received our notification, or if the services you selected are canceled in accordance with the terms of use and restrictions set by us or the Supplier, the amount you paid will be refunded to you in the same manner as your original payment. You fully understand and agree that the amount of refund you may receive may differ from the amount you originally paid due to exchange rates or fees charged by credit card companies or payment service providers.

   7.8 How to Use Electronic Vouchers

   7.8.1 If you purchase travel itineraries, transfer services, tickets, and other travel experience-related services through the "Go Out Mall" Platform, upon successful booking, you will receive an SMS, email, or mobile app notification confirming your order, which will include your order number and an electronic voucher representing the services you have selected (the "Electronic Voucher"), unless physical tickets or other arrangements are provided. You may print your Electronic Voucher or present the Electronic Voucher
