• The last redemption time for Café 100 food and beverages is 45 minutes before the observation deck closes.

sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck, located on the 100th floor of Hong Kong's tallest building, the International Commerce Centre, offers you unobstructed 360-degree panoramic views of Hong Kong and the Kowloon Peninsula~

• This activity is not recommended for travellers with the following conditions or those who are not suitable for excessive stimulation: high blood pressure, heart disease, fear of heights.
• This ticket cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or altered; any alteration will render it void.
• This ticket cannot be used more than once or be photocopied.
• A photo identification document must be presented.
• Tickets must be redeemed at least 30 minutes before the observation deck closes.
• Due to capacity, adverse weather, special events, safety, and security reasons, sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck may change its operating hours, temporarily close the observation deck or any part thereof, or restrict admission from time to time without prior notice, refund, or compensation. Visitors should check the latest opening hours announced on the sky100 website (www.sky100.com.hk) before their visit.
• Entry to sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck is subject to the rules and regulations listed on its website (www.sky100.com.hk).
• This offer cannot be combined or used with any other sky100 ticket promotions. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• All visitors entering the sky100 premises are required to use the "Vaccine Pass" and scan the venue QR code using the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile application, with exceptions for exempted individuals.
• All visitors and staff must continuously wear masks before entry and within the sky100 premises.
• Maintain personal hygiene, keep hands clean. Hand sanitizer is available on-site. Please clean your hands before entry.
• Body temperature checks will be conducted. Individuals with a body temperature higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius will not be permitted entry and are advised to seek immediate medical attention.
• Upon entering the sky100 premises: A smart disinfection station is installed at the entrance to provide full-body clothing disinfection for all staff and visitors with automatic sensing spray.
• Handrails of all escalators and elevator cabins will be disinfected every two hours.
• All elevator cabin surfaces are coated with a bactericidal nano-coating to prevent the accumulation of bacteria and viruses.
• Comprehensive air disinfection and sterilization are performed daily before the observation deck opens. Smart butlers will patrol and spray disinfectant at regular intervals during operating hours to ensure continuous sterilization.
• All public areas will undergo deep cleaning three times daily using a 1:49 diluted bleach solution.
• Close monitoring and timely crowd control will be implemented, including in elevators and observation deck areas. Visitors may enter in groups of up to four people, with a minimum distance of 1.5 meters maintained between groups.
