1. Select your preferred session and book your experience;

2. After purchase, we will confirm your booking within 48 hours:

      - If the minimum number of participants is not met, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued;

      - If the class is confirmed, a confirmation message will be sent to your order page;

3. After order confirmation, please arrive at the experience location 10 minutes prior to your booked date and time;

4. Present your booking information and QR Code for verification;

5. Enter the venue and begin your DIY experience.
