1. Upon completing your reservation and check-in, you may select a Qipao (available in XS-XXXL) or Magua according to your body shape. After confirming your chosen style, you are allowed to try on a maximum of 2 outfits. As Qipaos are designed to accentuate personal curves and elegance, it is recommended to wear form-fitting, light-colored underwear.
2. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own plain-colored heels, plain-colored dress shoes, or flat cloth shoes, as well as earrings for coordination.

Important Notes

1. To maintain service quality, only 2 guests are accepted for reservation every half hour.
2. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled reservation, the simple hairstyling service cannot be provided. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled reservation, it will be considered a cancellation of the service.
3. In case of stains or damage to the costume, a cleaning and repair fee of MOP 200 to 500 will be charged.
4. Personal lockers are provided in the store. Personal belongings and clothing can be stored, except for valuables. If the items exceed the locker size and need to be stored, a luggage storage fee will be charged.
5. Please be sure to return the items by 17:30 on the rental day. Late returns will incur a 50% surcharge on the experience fee.
6. A deposit of MOP 500 will be collected on the day and will be refunded upon the undamaged return of the clothing and accessories.
