• Upon successful booking, present the "Verification Code" and "Valid Identification" on your e-voucher at the self-service ticket machines at Macau Tower T1 for self-collection, or redeem your physical ticket at the Macau Tower B2 ticketing office and scan your ticket at the entrance gate.
• Must be used within the booked date and the day's opening hours. Expired vouchers are invalid.

• Visiting hours are during the opening hours of the Observation Lounge.

Purchase Terms

• Once purchased, tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products or services.

Child Admission

• Children aged 11 and below must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or above) and hold a valid ticket for admission.

Refusal of Admission

• Macau Tower reserves the right to refuse and/or terminate admission to Macau Tower at any time without refund or compensation if:
• Visitors violate or fail to comply with the "Macau Tower Regulations"; or
• Visitors engage in unsafe, illegal, or offensive behaviour that affects others or themselves; or
• For the purpose of ensuring the safety of persons present, protecting property, or maintaining order; or
• In circumstances deemed necessary by Macau Tower.

• Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refunds will be issued.
