Meeting Details

• Please arrive at the 1st-floor counter of the Macau Tower 45 minutes before the scheduled time for ticket exchange. Late arrivals for ticket exchange may result in the reallocation of your originally booked activity time.
• You must present your travel document (passport or ID card) at the Skypark Macau Tower by AJ Hackett ticket office to collect your activity tickets.

• By Bus: Take bus routes 9A / 18 / 21 / 23 / 32 / 26.

Eligibility

• Participants must be 10 years of age or older to join this activity.
• Guests under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the "Waiver and Release of Liability" form on-site at Skypark Macau Tower on the day of the activity, or obtain a signed consent form via email, before participating.
• Please note that guests under 18 years of age must obtain parental consent before participating in the activity. (A valid recipient email address must be provided upon booking.) The platform will send the consent form to the provided email address for parents to sign and return. Participation may be denied if the signed form is not received or presented during check-in on the day of the activity.

Booking Restrictions

• Participants in adventure activities must be able to wear a safely fitted harness.
• Guests under 18 years of age must have a parent/legal guardian sign the consent form at the activity site.
• Bungy Jump Age Limit: 10 years or older.
• Solo Bungy Jump Weight Limit: 40-135 kg.
• Tandem Bungy Jump Weight Limit: Combined weight of both participants must be 80-135 kg (each individual must weigh 40 kg or more).

Important Notes

• Activity Time Adjustment Notice: The activity will be temporarily closed daily from 13:00 to 14:00. All other times remain unchanged.
• Participants are required to sign a disclaimer outlining the risks of the activity.

Prohibitions and Restrictions

• This activity is not recommended for individuals with certain health conditions (e.g., high blood pressure, epilepsy).
• In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, this activity may be cancelled. In such cases, you may reschedule for another date or request a refund.
• Due to constantly changing weather conditions, Skypark Macau Tower by AJ Hackett does not guarantee your booked activity.
• Skypark Macau Tower by AJ Hackett reserves the right to modify operating hours at any time without prior notice.
• If the Skypark Macau Tower by AJ Hackett activity is cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, please get the relevant staff to stamp and certify the change.
