• All visitors must wear non-slip socks to enter the park. Visitors aged 4 to 17 must wear Sooper Yoo non-slip socks (HKD 30/pair) purchased at the park or on the park's website to enter.
• Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above to enter the park.
• All persons entering Sooper Yoo must hold a valid admission ticket.
• Each child admission ticket includes one complimentary accompanying adult ticket.
• A single session ticket allows for 2 hours of playtime on the attractions within Sooper Yoo.
• Please note that the park's attractions are not suitable for children aged 3 or below.

• Purchasing a single session ticket allows you to enjoy the attractions within Sooper Yoo during the designated 2-hour session.
• All individuals entering Sooper Yoo must possess a valid admission ticket. Advance booking is recommended to guarantee unimpeded entry.
• Each child ticket includes one complimentary accompanying adult ticket.
• Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above to enter the park.
• Infants aged 3 or below may enter with one accompanying adult aged 18 or above holding a valid ticket, provided that adult is accompanying a child aged 4 or above holding a valid ticket.
• All visitors must wear non-slip socks to enter the park. Visitors aged 4 to 17 must wear Sooper Yoo non-slip socks purchased at the park or on the park's website (MOP 31/pair) to enter.
• All tickets sold are non-refundable, and dates or times cannot be changed.
• Designated attractions have minimum height requirements.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the time indicated on your admission ticket to allow sufficient time for check-in. Late arrivals will not be granted extra time.
• We conduct cleaning after each session.
• Sooper Yoo will suspend operations during the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and Black Rainstorm Warning Signal.

• Entry to the park is subject to the Sooper Yoo "General Terms and Conditions" and "Park Rules and Regulations" as published on the Sooper Yoo website www.sooperyoo.com and available at the Sooper Yoo ticketing counter. By entering the park, each ticket holder is deemed to have understood, agreed to, and accepted these terms and regulations.
